The Jornal Económico it’s a reference when it comes to quality and current journalism, between the Portuguese social media. In a market which is competing every minute, you have to innovate and differentiate your brand.
Solution
The solution that NextReality and Jornal Económico found to differentiate and innovate the journalism, as we know it, was through augmented reality experiences. Through a mobile app, available for iOS and Android, that NextReality created, several augmented reality experiences have been integrated. Thus, any consumer, through his smartphone, can activate the physical journal of the JE with experiences of Augmented Reality. To do this, simply point the camera of your smartphone to the physical newspaper to insert a journalist reporting that specific new, to animate the infographics or to see the news corresponding video.
Benefits
The user/consumer of Jornal Económico will be able, through its smartphone, to visualize media contents in a totally dynamic and innovative way, allowing greater interactivity and a better experience of visualizing press contents, infographics and other information arising content available.
