Through the app, it is possible to access real time generated data, information and issues, report and monitor on going occurrences and access operational relevant information.
The features available through EPAL’s Wone app allow for the speed up of the decision-making process and repair times for occurrences that may cause disruptions in the water supply for the Lisbon region.
